Irman Forghani, MD, FACMG, currently serves as the Director of Clinical Genetics at Mount Sinai Medical Center of Florida, focusing on adult complex disorders, hereditary connective tissue disorders, and cancer predisposition disorders since August 2023. Simultaneously, Irman holds the position of Associate Professor of Human Genetics and Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, roles undertaken since July 2016. Irman completed a fellowship in Human/Medical Genetics at UCLA from 2014 to 2016, following the attainment of a Doctor of Medicine degree in Internal Medicine from the University of Oklahoma between 2011 and 2014, and an initial Doctor of Medicine degree from Isfahan University of Medical Sciences.
