Anshika Chandra

Anshika Chandra started their work experience in 2004 as a Recruiter at SAI Technology, where they worked until 2009. In 2010, they joined Mounttalent Consulting, initially as an Account Manager and then later as the Practice Head. As the Practice Head, they were responsible for managing and overseeing the growth of key accounts in the region, with a focus on client management and team leadership. Anshika has strong communication skills and a leadership style that emphasizes guidance, inclusion, empowerment, and accountability.
