Lillian Shea

Lillian Shea is a skilled history professional with a Bachelor's degree in History from Gettysburg College and international experience from Lancaster University. Presently serving as a Development Assistant at George Washington's Mount Vernon since August 2022, Lillian previously held various roles, including Crew Member at Trader Joe's, where attention to customer service and product presentation was paramount. Lillian's earlier experiences include a Historic Trades Internship at George Washington's Mount Vernon, where Lillian interpreted 18th-century American culture, and multiple research and tutoring positions at Gettysburg College, including significant research projects on Native American history and New England whaling. Additionally, Lillian interned with the National Park Service, delivering educational programs and engaging visitors in historic education.
