Paul McNeal

Paul McNeal possesses extensive experience in educational and athletic development, currently serving as the Coordinator of Athletic Department Development at Mount Vernon Nazarene University since 2017. In addition to this role, Paul operates as an independent consultant and has held various positions that include teaching and coaching at different educational institutions, such as Athens City School and Berne Union High School. Paul has a history of involvement in community development and fundraising, demonstrated through various roles, including Director of the Multi-Handicapped Unit and Head Basketball Coach. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Ohio University and a Bachelor of Arts in Education History from the University of Rio Grande. Paul also served in the United States Navy as an Operational Specialist.
