Ryan Farr

Ryan Farr serves as the Director of Club Sports and Director of Lacrosse at Mount Vernon Nazarene University, overseeing the development of various sports and the women's lacrosse program while coaching the men’s team. Ryan has contributed to the successful growth of sport programs, including achieving a notable 11-4 season with the men's lacrosse team. In addition to academic roles as a Sports Management professor, Ryan directs sports initiatives at New Life Church of the Nazarene and has experience coaching at various educational institutions, including Louisville High School and Lake High School. Ryan is also an accomplished author of both fiction and non-fiction works, recognized for contributions to published devotions and winner of the 1st Place Award in Speculative Fiction/Fantasy at the 2017 Ohio Christian Writers Conference. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Ministry from Mount Vernon Nazarene University and a bachelor’s degree in Youth/Sports Ministry from Malone University.
