Madison Rifkin has a diverse range of work experience. Madison is the CEO and founder of Mount, a female-founded company focused on shared resources and remote work. Madison also worked as a social media influencer for Coastal Foodie. Madison participated in the RippleX Fellowship, a program designed to teach students about venture funds and startup operations. At Sugar Mountain, Madison held the position of Business Analyst Co-op, where they launched a niche market tasting app and developed a social media influencer ambassador program. Madison was also a co-op at MassChallenge HealthTech, where they sourced startups and managed the office space. Madison gained experience in real estate as a paid intern at EverWest Real Estate Investors and as a consulting intern at BycareLAB S.r.l.s. Madison also had an internship at Mulberries Cake Shop, where they worked as a baking assistant.
