Erica Butler, with a Master of Interdisciplinary Studies in Leadership and Professional Communications from Southern Utah University and a Bachelor of Applied Science from Westminster College, currently serves as the AVP of Knowledge Management at Mountain America Credit Union since December 2017, having previously held roles such as Senior Manager of Knowledge Management and Senior Internal Communications/Project Manager. Prior experience includes positions at Intermountain Healthcare as a Senior HR Communications Consultant and HR Communications Consultant, at JPMorgan Chase as AVP and Project Manager of Sales and Senior Proposal Writer, and at GE Capital in various roles including Proposal Writer and Quality Assurance Analyst.
