Joelle Jarman

Joelle Jarman is an experienced professional in human resources and employee relations, currently serving as the AVP of Employee Relations at Mountain America Credit Union since January 2018. Prior to this role, Joelle worked as a Human Resources Manager at Intermountain Healthcare from March 2008 to December 2017, where responsibilities included strategic alignment with organizational goals and team restructuring. Previous experience includes serving as Logistics Manager at Suzuki Motor of America, Inc. and Director of Human Resources and Training at Nightime Pediatrics Clinics. Joelle holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a BS in Behavioral Science and Health from the University of Utah.
