Keith Shirreffs

Keith Shirreffs has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, currently serving as Vice President of Member Service at Mountain America Credit Union since April 2015. Prior to this role, Keith held the position of VP & Contact Center Site Manager at Zions Bancorporation from December 2013 to December 2014. Keith's earlier experience includes a Director of Operations role at Capital One/HSBC following the acquisition from January 2009 to December 2013, and Department Manager at HSBC Card Services from March 2005 to January 2009. Keith earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas between 2000 and 2004.
