Kurt Hurdsman

Kurt Hurdsman has extensive experience in the mortgage industry, currently serving as the A.V.P of Secondary at Mountain America Credit Union since May 2003, where responsibilities include servicing, secondary markets, shipping, and correspondent relations. Kurt has successfully created new lending products and nurtured relationships to optimize financing options for Credit Union members. Previous positions include Secondary Market Manager, overseeing mortgage interest rates and loan shipping processes, and Senior Mortgage Loan Officer, where expertise in investor guidelines facilitated smooth loan underwriting. Kurt began their career as a Mortgage Loan Officer at Advanced Funding Home Mortgage Loans from January 2001 to May 2003. Academically, Kurt holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Utah and an Associate of Science in Business Administration and Management from Salt Lake Community College.
