Spencer Hess

Spencer Hess is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in DevOps and IT management. Currently serving as Principal DevOps Engineer at Mountain America Credit Union since March 2023, Spencer previously held the position of Senior DevOps Engineer at both Mountain America Credit Union and DirectScale. Spencer's earlier roles at DirectScale included Director of IT and Cloud Operations Manager, overseeing cloud infrastructure and managing multiple teams. Spencer's career began in customer service and technical roles, progressing through various technical positions at Spillman Technologies and Goldenwest Credit Union. Spencer holds a Bachelor of Information Systems and Technology from Weber State University.
