Troy Fuller

Troy Fuller is an experienced HRIS professional, currently serving as HRIS Manager - Workday at Mountain America Credit Union since March 2017, focusing on enhancing business processes and user experiences within Workday HCM. Previously, Troy held the position of HRIS Workday Configuration Analyst at Vivint Smart Home, where the emphasis was on configuring various modules including Compensation, Performance/Talent Management, and Onboarding. Earlier in career, Troy managed a Business to Business Contact Center at Cotiviti, overseeing medical record retrieval for numerous health insurance clients, and worked as a Human Resources Partner at Intermountain Healthcare, providing support to multiple hospitals and a large workforce. Troy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication from the University of Utah and an Associate's Degree in Communications from Utah Valley University.
