David Bluth

David Bluth is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in business development and management. As the Broker-in-Charge and Owner of blueblaze real estate group since 2006, David focuses on building strong relationships and implementing innovative marketing strategies to deliver high-quality results for clients. David also owns Investec Realty, which offers locally operated real estate solutions in Asheville. In addition to real estate, David serves as a Business Developer at Mountain BizWorks, emphasizing relationship building and compliance management within the loan portfolio. David's earlier experience includes the role of Health and Wellness Director at the YMCA of Western North Carolina, overseeing wellness and fitness programs. David holds a Bachelor's degree in Marine Affairs and Political Science from the University of Rhode Island and an MBA from Western Carolina University, along with a Broker-in-Charge certification from the Cumbie and Trull Real Estate Professional Program.
