Krista Stearns

Krista Stearns is an accomplished business owner and coach with extensive experience in various sectors, particularly in community engagement and business development. As the owner of Mountain Mural Tours since June 2022, Krista offers guided urban street art excursions and has a strong background as a business coach at Mountain BizWorks, where Krista supports various clients in enhancing their business strategies. Krista has served on the board of the West Asheville Business Association since 2001, contributing to community events, website management, and local economic initiatives. Previous roles include account manager at Big Boom Design, special education support teacher at Asheville City Schools, marketing and community liaison at Whole Foods Market, and general partner at West End Bakery & Café. Krista holds a Bachelor of Science in Special Education from Appalachian State University and furthered education at Western Carolina University.
