Faith Joy Calkins

Faith Joy Calkins serves as the Human Resources Director at Mountain Care Pharmacy since November 2017, overseeing all HR functions and employee relations while ensuring compliance with various regulatory bodies. Previously, Faith worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Timberline Lodge & Ski Resort from November 2012 to October 2017, where responsibilities included data entry, applicant communication, onboarding, and managing employee events, alongside active participation in safety and wellness committees. Earlier experience includes providing direct care for an Alzheimer's patient and serving as a live-in nanny, which involved partial guardianship responsibilities for children with diverse needs.
