Howard Reiss, PE, has over a decade of experience in civil engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Project Coordinator at Mountain Cascade since April 2013, Howard oversees the office side of heavy civil and underground construction projects valued up to approximately $41 million, managing multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities include submissions of RFI's and submittals, preparation of technical documents, change order management, and project scheduling. Prior experience includes roles as a Project Engineer at Shimmick Construction, where Howard managed subcontractors and supported trade crews, as well as internships at various construction firms focused on project engineering tasks and document management. Howard holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
