Angela Geib

Angela Geib is a seasoned payroll professional with extensive experience in payroll administration, having held various roles in multiple organizations. Currently serving as Payroll Admin at MEC since October 2023, Angela previously worked as a Canada Payroll Associate at Reliance Metals Canada Ltd from November 2019 to August 2023, processing biweekly payroll for Canadian companies using Ceridian Dayforce. Prior to that, Angela held the position of Payroll Specialist at Procon Group of Companies, where responsibilities included administering payroll for various employee categories using SAP. Angela spent over a decade at the Alma Mater Society of UBC Vancouver, where roles progressed from Payroll Assistant to Payroll and Benefits Administrator, encompassing full payroll processing, benefits management, and staff training. An academic background includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mining and Mineral Process Engineering from The University of British Columbia, earned between 1987 and 1994.
