Kulbir Gill Saini, CHRP, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Senior Human Resources Business Manager for MEC since January 2022, Kulbir previously held positions including Human Resources Consultant at KS HR Consulting Inc. and Director of Human Resources at Talize, where responsibilities included managing HR functions for over 800 employees and implementing talent selection strategies. Prior experience with The Children's Place involved ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and developing effective hiring and employee development processes. Kulbir holds a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Sheridan College and a degree in Small Business Management from the Toronto School of Business.
