Richard Bailey has extensive experience in the outdoor industry, currently serving as Visual Content and Athlete Manager at Mountain Equipment since September 2009, following roles as Product Marketing Manager and Technical Training Representative. Prior to this, Richard gained freelance experience as a Mountaineering Instructor from April 2002 to March 2011 and worked as a Centre Assistant at Plas y Brenin from January 2001 to November 2001. This diverse background highlights a commitment to skill development and marketing within the adventure sports sector.
