Justine Kousonsavath

Justine Kousonsavath is an accomplished senior designer with extensive experience in the apparel industry. Currently serving as the Senior Designer for Men's Sportswear at Mountain Hardwear since August 2022, Justine previously held the position of Senior Designer for Outerwear at prAna Living from January 2020 to August 2022. Additional roles include Lead Designer for all product categories at FIGS and various design positions at AETHER Apparel, Nixon, and Bridge & Burn. Justine began a career in retail with Adidas Group and Nordstrom, where foundational skills in customer service and management were developed. Justine holds a Bachelor of Fine Art in Apparel Design from The Art Institute of Portland and has also attended Portland State University - School of Business.
