RyLee McGill currently serves as the Principal HRBP for Emerging Brands at Columbia Sportswear Company, where responsibilities include developing and advising on people and culture strategies for brands such as Mountain Hardwear and SOREL. Previously, RyLee held a similar role as Principal Human Resources Business Partner at Mountain Hardwear, contributing to the brand's People strategy and advising leadership on various HR-related matters. Additionally, RyLee has experience on the Board of Directors for GirlVentures, including roles as Chair of the Board of Directors for both Governance and Marketing & Fundraising committees. Early in the career, RyLee worked as an HR Generalist and HR & Legal Assistant at House of Blues Entertainment, overseeing employee life-cycle management and corporate orientations. RyLee holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Global Studies and Political Science from UCLA and a Master’s Degree in Legal Studies with a focus on Employment/Labor from the University of San Diego.
