Kimberly Mallory began their work experience in 2006 as the Director of Case Management and the Resource Center at St. Mary's Medical Center. Kimberly held this position until January 2013. In 2013, they joined Cabell Huntington Hospital as the Director of Clinical Resource Management, a role that they currently hold.

Kimberly Mallory has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business from the University of Charleston, obtained from 2007 to 2008.
