Lyndsi Hale

Lyndsi Hale is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sales and operations, currently serving as the Vice President of Sales & Operations at Mountain Lake Lodge since March 2013. In this role, Lyndsi oversees strategic growth and operational excellence across various guest-facing departments, focusing on revenue generation and team performance. Previously, Lyndsi held roles that contributed significantly to the sales infrastructure and revenue growth at the lodge, including Vice President of Sales and Director of Catering Sales. Prior experience includes working as a Special Event Coordinator at DISH Network, where Lyndsi managed large-scale events and collaborated with major entertainment partners. Lyndsi holds a degree from George Mason University.
