Coltan Bohman

Coltan Bohman, MHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as an Advisory Board Member for the HR Program at Utah Valley University, collaborating with faculty and industry leaders to develop a modern HR curriculum. As the Human Resources Director and previously HR Manager at Mountain Land Physical Therapy Partners, Coltan has extensive experience in HR strategy and talent management. Previous roles include Emerging Professionals Representative for Utah SHRM, onboarding and recruiting at Well, Inc., and various HR positions at BP and Disney Interactive, focusing on talent management and employee development. Coltan's career also includes customer service and logistics management at Holland America Line and instructional experience as a Spanish teacher. Coltan holds a Master of Human Resources from Utah State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Education and TESOL from Brigham Young University - Idaho.
