Todd Barton

Todd Barton has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Todd began their career as the Sr. State Director at Special Olympics Delaware in 1999 and held this role until 2005. Following that, they worked as the Co-Director of the LEAD Center and Director of Recreation at Delaware State University from 2005 to 2006. Todd then joined the Caesar Rodney School District as a Special Education Teacher from 2006 to 2009.

In 2009, Todd transitioned to the role of Director of Program Development at The Woodlands Foundation, Inc., where they stayed until September of the same year. This was followed by a leadership position at WyoTech, where they served as the Director of the Executive Management Team from 2009 to 2014.

Subsequently, Todd became the CEO and Executive Director of Community Living & Learning in 2014, where they remained until 2016. In 2017, they took up the role of Assistant Executive Director at Amachi Pittsburgh, which they left in 2018. Todd then worked as an Executive Team Member and handled Human Resources at DreamLife Recovery PA from 2018 to 2021.

From November 2021 to May 2022, Todd worked as the Administrator and Director of Fayette & Greene County at Interim HealthCare Inc. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Executive Officer at Mountain Laurel Recovery Center, which they joined in May 2022.

Todd Barton obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from PennWest California. Todd attended the institution from 1992 to 1997.
