Eric Salicce

Eric Salicce has extensive experience in technical roles focused on voice technology and consulting. Currently serving as a Voice Sales Engineer at Mountain Leverage since March 2019, Eric specializes in pre-sales technical support, business process consulting, and program management with an emphasis on Vocollect Voice. Prior to this, Eric spent over a decade at Honeywell as a Technical Trainer for VoiceLink, providing training on workflow solutions to both internal teams and external partners. Eric's career began at Vocollect as a Software QA Engineer for the VoiceLink middleware application, and earlier involved a part-time internship with the Software Engineering Institute. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Science and Technology from Penn State University, earned in May 2004.
