Mahyar Vahabi

Mahyar Vahabi is an accomplished software engineer and teaching assistant with extensive experience in computer science and education. Currently, Mahyar serves as a Teaching Assistant at Baskin Engineering at UCSC, where over 1,000 students in Data Structures & Algorithms were educated, employing diverse teaching methods. At AIEA Lab, Mahyar is working on innovative projects aimed at natural language processing and formal logic systems. Previous experience includes enhancing AI model performance and optimizing code generation at Scale AI, as well as developing hardware networking solutions during a summer trainee position at Pasatiempo Golf Club. Mahyar holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and is pursuing a Master of Science in the same field.
