Jill Alessi

Jill Alessi has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Jill started their career as a Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit at Dartmouth-Hitchcock, where they later moved on to become a Registered Nurse in the Cardiac Catherization Lab. Jill then transitioned to roles in management and compliance at Dartmouth-Hitchcock, where they served as an Admission Appeals Coordinator and Compliance Specialist. After leaving Dartmouth-Hitchcock, Jill worked as an Independent Nurse Auditor at Viant Health Payment Solutions, overseeing the post-payment audit process. Later, they joined PacificSource Health Plans as their Director of Health Service, Government, with responsibilities including oversight of utilization management and care management programs. Following that, Jill joined Blue Cross of Idaho, where they held various roles, including Director of Care and Quality, Director of Clinical Programs, and Vice President of Healthcare Operations. Currently, Jill is the Chief Executive Officer at Mountain-Pacific Quality Health.

Jill Alessi obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Villanova University, where they studied from 1987 to 1991. Jill later pursued further education and earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Southern New Hampshire University, which they completed from 2017 to 2019.

In terms of additional certifications, Jill Alessi holds the Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification obtained from the AAPC in March 2015. Jill is also a Registered Nurse certified by The State of Idaho, having obtained their certification in August 2010.
