Jake Valiant has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as an Administrative Intern at EYESTYLES OPTICAL AND BOUTIQUE in May 2021. Jake demonstrated strong organizational skills, managed the office's daily operations, and provided excellent customer service. In June 2022, Jake worked briefly as a Management Trainee at Cintas as part of their professional development.
From August 2020 to May 2022, Jake held two positions at Indiana University Bloomington. As a Participant Associate, they supported various programs and events, while as a Team Leader, they provided guidance and problem-solving skills to staff and acted as a point of contact during emergency responses.
Jake then moved on to Reliable Billing LLC, where they served as a Credentialing Specialist from May 2019 to May 2022. Following that, they advanced to become the Credentialing/Contracting Manager, overseeing the credentialing and contracting processes.
Currently, Jake is employed at Mountain Park Health Center as a Credentialing Analyst, a role they assumed in March 2023. In this position, they manage credentialing for multiple locations and more than 200 providers.
Throughout their work experience, Jake has consistently demonstrated their ability to handle various responsibilities, adapt to new roles, and deliver high-quality results.
Jake Valiant attended Indiana University Bloomington from 2018 to 2022, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science. In addition, Jake obtained a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Indiana University Bloomington in May 2022. Jake also holds a certification in Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) from the American Heart Association, which was obtained in December 2019.

Mountain Park Health Center Use a full-time cancer screening navigator and a variety of evidence-based interventions to effect system change and long-term sustainability. Expected outcomes include increasing the percentage of adults who had appropriate colorectal cancer screening rates to 50% or higher, as well as increasing the number of patientswith abnormal test results who were referred for follow-up care in a timely manner.
