Dorina Serban

Dorina Serban is a seasoned entrepreneur and marketing professional with a diverse portfolio of leadership roles across various companies. Currently, Dorina serves as Co-Founder at Lares Partners and Conny & Co., as well as Founder of EnOne, all initiated in 2024 and 2019 respectively. With a background as a Venture Partner at Mountain Partners since 2018, and prior experience as Managing Partner at Hoefliger Partners from 2016 to 2019, Dorina has demonstrated expertise in strategic business development. Dorina’s extensive experience also includes managerial positions at B. Braun Group, Zentiva, and Sicomed / Zentiva, where key roles encompassed Global Marketing and Sales, Commercial Director, and Brand Manager. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from Kennesaw State University and a BS in Marketing from “Vasile Goldiş” University.
