Erik Ornberg

Erik Ornberg serves as the General Manager at Florida Wire Rope and Rigging since September 2021 and concurrently holds the position of Manager of Rigging System Installations at both Mountain Productions, Inc. and Mainstage. Prior experience includes the role of National Director of Rigging Services at Encore Event Technologies, where responsibilities involved inspection, maintenance, and load calculations for rigging in various hotel properties, as well as CAD drawing approvals. Earlier in the career, Erik managed rigging services for the Mid-Atlantic Region at PSAV and supervised event productions at AVT Event Technologies. Additional roles encompass rigging management with Royal Caribbean International and rigging operations on cruise ships with Flying by Foy. Erik began a career in rigging at NPS and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
