Prior to this role, Joseph worked at Geek Squad from April 2001 to September 2012, holding positions that included Logistics and Scheduling Coordinator and Lead Home Theater/PC Tech. Joseph holds a degree in Drafting and Design Technology with a focus on Architectural Drafting and Architectural CAD/CADD from the Career Technology Center of Lackawanna County.
