Mike Lasco

Mike Lasco, CFM, CSBA, MRICS, serves as the Director of Facilities at Mountain Rose Herbs since 2006, where responsibilities include overseeing a 3.5-acre campus with a bioswale designed for efficient water management. Prior experience includes serving as Production Manager at Spectrum Botanicals from 2000 to 2006, where achievements involved streamlining manufacturing processes for herbal tinctures. Additionally, Mike owned and expanded Bob's Septic Pumping Service from 1987 to 2000, tripling the client base to over 900 through a focus on customer satisfaction. Early career experience includes a role as Sales Engineer at Power/mation division from 1984 to 1987, gaining valuable insights into client relationships and engineering practices. Education was completed at Northwestern Preparatory School.
