Desiree Collings is an experienced operations professional currently serving as the Operations Manager at Mountain States Property Management since April 2015, overseeing various operational functions. Prior experience includes roles as a Family Manager at dc creations, Administrative Assistant at Varilease Finance from March 2014 to January 2015, and Receptionist positions at Paradigm High School and Zions Bank. Beginning a career as a Receptionist and Billing Specialist at Associated Food Stores, Desiree has developed a strong background in administrative support and operations management. Desiree holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree from Brigham Young University - Idaho and has continued education at Utah State University.

Mountain States Property Management, Inc. is a professional real estate management and development company based out of Logan, Utah. We manage a portfolio of self-owned commercial and residential properties. Our portfolio of residential properties consists of upscale multi-family apartments in northern Utah. Our commercial properties consist primarily of office and commercial buildings. We were founded in 1979 and have continuously developed and managed a wide variety of real estate holdings since then. Our staff consists of property managers, accountants, and maintenance personnel who are professionally trained to handle property leasing, operations and capital improvements of the real estate. In the interest of both tenants and owners, we make every effort to manage well kept, efficient buildings with attention to energy management, overall positive economics and clean, well maintained living and working facilities.
