Michael Kondash D.o.

Michael Kondash D.O. has extensive experience in the medical field. Michael began their career as a Family Physician at PrimeMed, PC in 1989 and also served as a Board Member for the company. In 1994, they became the Medical Director of Mountain View Care Center. In 1998, they took on the role of CEO at the Northeast Pennsylvania Physician Organization. From 2001 to 2009, they served as the Director of Osteopathic Medical Education at the Wright Center for Graduate Medical Education. In 2009, they became a Board Member for Geisinger Community Medical Center and also served as the Hospice Medical Director for Traditional Home Health and Hospice. In 2011, they became a Physician Leader for NCQA and also the Medical Director for Archangel Adult Daycare Service. In 2015, they became the Medical Director for Abington Manor. From 2019 to present, they have been the President of the Medical Staff at Geisinger Community Medical Center.

Michael Kondash D.O. completed their education at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine from 1982 to 1986, earning a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree in the field of Medicine. Prior to that, they attended Elizabethtown College from 1978 to 1982 and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Biology. In terms of additional certifications, Michael Kondash D.O. obtained a Medical Director certification from the American Medical Directors Association in 1993. Michael also holds certifications in Family Practice and Geriatric Medicine from the American Osteopathic Board of Family Practice, earned in 1989. Furthermore, they obtained a Medical License from the State of Pennsylvania in 1986.
