Peter Black

Peter Black is a seasoned real estate professional with over 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, currently serving as an Associate Broker at Mountain West Commercial Real Estate since September 2024. Specializing in the Office sector, Peter possesses extensive expertise in leasing and sales across the Office, Industrial, and Land markets in Utah. Previous roles include Co-Founder and Principal Broker at FUTR: Commercial Advisors, Senior Associate and Associate at CBRE, and a Licensed Assistant at NAI Utah Commercial Real Estate. Peter has also contributed to the University of Utah's Young Alumni Board and holds a BA in Finance from the University of Utah's David Eccles School of Business.
