Jeff is the Equipment Operations Manager and is responsible for overseeing equipment utilization and direct communication with production and maintenance personnel on the job sites. He works with the procurement team for the evaluation of the equipment quality and service provided by current and potential vendors. Jeff knows the value of fulfilling commitment and expectations to the customers, thus ensuring the highest level of reliability with all of the equipment.

Jeff has 23 years of experience with a Caterpillar dealership, which included 16 years as a Field Service Technician, and the last 7 years as a Branch Operations Manager. His previous experience with operational management of various divisions, hiring, training, evaluating, and providing direction to supervisors and personnel has allowed him to excel as the Equipment Operations Manager for Preston Contractors.

In addition, Jeff has implemented branch policies that were adopted at other branches and were responsible for the continued financial growth of the branch.

Jeff is certified in OSHA, MSHA, and SafeLandUSA, and holds a Class B WV CDL. Jeff served in the U.S. Marine Corps where he received extensive leadership training while receiving numerous awards recognizing personal achievements.
