Sean Volk

Sean Volk is an experienced film programmer and educator with a strong background in festival management and film selection. Currently serving as the Development and Engagement Manager at Fargo Theatre since March 2020, Sean has held multiple programming roles with organizations such as Telluride Mountainfilm and Woods Hole Film Festival. Prior experience includes chairing the Animation Jury for the Fargo Film Festival and coordinating programming activities at the Nashville Film Festival. Sean's educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Film Studies from Western University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, Philosophy, and Spanish from Concordia College. Additional teaching experience spans from instructing mathematics and science courses to serving as a Graduate Teaching Assistant.
