Jack Davis

Jack Davis is the current Economic Recovery Coordinator at MAG. Jack has also been a partner and Patent Attorney at Phillips Ryther & Winchester from May 2012 to June 2018. Jack was also an attorney at Stoel Rives LLP from June 2010 to May 2012 where they specialized in drafting and procuring U.S. and foreign patents relating to software, e-commerce methods, data management and security, digital rights management (DRM), medical devices and imaging equipment, high-speed solid-state storage devices, energy storage, and solar cell technologies. From May 2007 to June 2010, Jack was a student associate and registered patent agent at Finnegan Henderson Farabow Garrett & Dunner LLP. There they specialized in drafting and prosecuting U.S. and foreign patents, providing litigation support, and conducting technical analysis to assist in strategic advisory and legal opinion matters.

Jack Davis has a JD from Santa Clara University School of Law and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Utah.
