Jared DeLora

Regional Planner and GIS Analyst at MAG

Jared DeLora is currently a regional planner and GIS analyst at MAG. Prior to this, they worked as a senior design engineer at KLA-Tencor from July 2013 to November 2014. There, they designed and prototyped mechanical systems for next generation broadband wafer inspection tools. Jared also collaborated with optical and systems engineers to develop high precision microscopes used by the semiconductor industry to view nano-scale features on wafers.

From July 2007 to July 2013, Jared DeLora worked as a mechanical design engineer at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. There, they provided support for products currently in the field and troubleshot and fixed ghosting issues on existing broadband wafer inspection tools. Jared also used Creo, ANSYS, Femap, and GD&T extensively.

Jared DeLora has a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Oregon State University. Jared also has a Data Science Immersive certification from General Assembly in the field of Data Science.

Jared DeLora reports to Shawn Eliot, MPO Director. Some of their coworkers include Sarah Lawless - GIS Analyst II, Tim Hereth - Traffic and Land Use Modeling/GIS.
