Bill Lane

Bill Lane has extensive work experience in the real estate and appraisal industry. Bill started their career in 1997 as an Area Appraisal Manager at RELS Valuation / Wells Fargo, where they worked until 2005. Bill then joined Bank of America, initially as the VP-Southeast Region Manager and later as the Default Relationship Manager - VP Senior Group Leader. Bill worked at Bank of America from 2005 to 2015. In 2017, they joined MountainSeed Appraisal Management as the Residential Appraisal Manager. In 2018, they worked as a Staff Appraiser at The Efird Corporation before starting their own business, The Lane Company - Real Estate Appraisers, as the Business Owner.

Bill Lane attended Western Piedmont Community College, where they studied Business and Real Estate. Additionally, they obtained a certification as an NC Certified Real Estate Appraiser from the North Carolina Real Estate Appraisal Board in January 1991.
