Gale Jenkins MAI

Gale Jenkins MAI has worked in the field of commercial real estate appraisal for over 20 years. From 2000 to 2006, Gale was a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser at GADD TIBBLE & ASSOCIATES, INC. They then joined MaRous & Company in 2006, where they provided real property valuation estimates for various purposes, such as tax appeals and estate settlements, for over 14 years. In 2021, Gale became a Commercial Appraisal Reviewer at MountainSeed.

Gale Jenkins MAI obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Olivet Nazarene College, spanning from 1980 to 1984. In 2001, Gale obtained the certification of Certified General Real Estate Appraiser from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. Following that, in 2009, Gale earned the MAI Designation from the Appraisal Institute.
