Marrah ste. Marie

Marrah Ste. Marie is an experienced professional currently serving as Editor-in-Chief and Senior Reporter at The Western Carolinian since March 2023. Marrah has held various roles in the hospitality sector, including Bartender at Mountaintop Golf & Lake Club and intern positions at Smoky Mountain News and Old Edwards Hospitality Group. Previous experience includes marketing coordination and concert coordination at Western Carolina University, as well as server and cook roles at IHOP and Chili's, and a leadership position as Shift Lead at Papa John's International. Marrah is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Communication with a focus on Journalism at Western Carolina University, expected to graduate in May 2025, and is a graduate of Corinth Holders High School.
