Matt Bartholomew

Matt Bartholomew is a Partner in BDO’s national Transaction Advisory Services practice and is based in Salt Lake City. He brings over 20 years of experience between public accounting and as a private company executive with over 14 years in Transaction Advisory Services. Matt’s expertise includes Quality of Earnings analyses (both buy- and sell-side), carve-out preparation and modeling, consulting on purchase agreements, and post-transaction matters. He began his career with Ernst & Young LLP in Assurance, followed by years at FTI Consulting and then at a private company, leading a turnaround as well as a recapitalization process. Matt has been at BDO over seven years, leading and growing a fully-dedicated Transactions team in Salt Lake City and Denver.
