David Vargas

David Vargas has extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Learning & Development at Mountaire Farms since August 2007, where responsibilities include overseeing development activities across North Carolina and managing Training Departments in North Carolina and Delaware. Previous roles at Mountaire include Corporate Training and Development Manager, Training & Employment Manager, Training & Development Manager, and Training Instructor, with a focus on enhancing organizational effectiveness and ensuring compliance training for employees. Additionally, David has a background in administration from a 20-year career in the US Army, retiring in August 2000. David Vargas holds a Doctor's Degree and a Master's of Divinity from the Christian Life School of Theology, along with education from Fayetteville Technical Community College and a high school diploma from William Howard Taft High School.
