Don Vaness

Don VanEss has over 30 years of experience in the agricultural industry, currently serving at Mountaire Farms since January 2005 in various roles including Grain Facility Manager, Director of Grain Facilities, and Feed Mill/Grain Manager. Prior to joining Mountaire Farms, Don held the position of Hatchery Manager at Perdue Farms from January 1995 to December 2004. Earlier career experience includes a tenure as a Management Trainee and Hatchery Manager at MID-STATE FARMS INC DIV SHOWELL FARMS INC from January 1993 to January 1995. Don VanEss earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Studies from Frostburg State University between 1984 and 1988.
