Emily Ennis

Emily Ennis is an experienced professional in the agricultural sector, currently serving as the Grain Merchandising Manager at Mountaire Farms since January 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Tyson Foods, where Emily held positions as Senior Commodity Buyer and Commodity Analyst, focusing on analytics and projections to enhance growth and farmer retention, along with managing organic grain buying for the Smart Chicken brand. Emily also gained valuable experience as a Commodities Intern at Tyson Foods, overseeing commodity projections and communication efforts. Prior to this, Emily was an Undergraduate Research Fellow at Auburn University under Dr. Rex Dunham and served as a Poultry Science Student Recruiter, engaging in departmental outreach and social media management. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Poultry Science from Auburn University, completed in 2021.
