Jennifer Lewis

Jennifer Lewis is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in employee relations, operations management, and procurement. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager for Live Operations at Mountaire Farms since February 2019, Jennifer has previously held roles such as Employee Relations Manager and Branch Manager at Paramount Staffing, where responsibilities included team supervision, client relations, and HR operations for multiple locations. Prior experience includes procurement roles at Zachry Industrial, Inc. and Arkansas Northeastern College, as well as teaching Speech and Journalism at Gosnell Public Schools. Jennifer holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Speech/Theatre Arts and Journalism from the University of Central Arkansas.
