Jim Shepard

Jim has more than 40 years of experience in the poultry industry. This is his second tour with Mountaire Farms, having worked here for more than a decade earlier in his career. He rejoined our team in 2019.

He has a poultry science degree from North Carolina State University with a minor in business.
