Katlyn Garcia

Katlyn Garcia has extensive experience in the food safety and quality assurance sector, currently serving as the Food Safety Quality Assurance Superintendent at Mountaire Farms since June 2019. Katlyn has held several positions within the company, including HACCP Supervisor and Production Supervisor, as well as Whole Leg Debone Supervisor. Prior experience includes a role as Management Trainee at CVS Health and a Pharmacy Technician position, along with an FSQA Internship at Clemens Food Group. Katlyn also gained experience as Summer Staff at Hameau Farm in the Big Valley. Katlyn holds a degree in Livestock Science and Food Science from Delaware Valley University, earned in 2019.
